Who we are
Galahcore FX was founded by Paul Wright in May 2022 after he took a tumble down the rabbit hole of a guitar pedal obsession, despite not actually being able to play guitar to any standard of note.
The aim of Galahcore FX is to produce analogue effects pedals that are visually beautiful and are both simple to use but sonically suitable for guitar players of all abilities and experiences. Galahcore FX is the attempt to end a lifetime of wondering “what if” and doing nothing about it, and seeing where “having a go” can take you.
What we do
Galahcore FX is an ongoing education in the art of effects pedal design. That education is underpinned by simply winging it until what we want to produce becomes a reality.
We want to create robust, reliable pedals that are both exciting, and user friendly for every level of player, whether you are a touring professional musician, or you’ve just picked up your instrument for the first time. Our pedals are created to satisfy the needs of seasoned pros, while at the same time ensuring the novice isn’t scared away from trying to make their own noise.
We also want our pedals to be eye-achingly beautiful to look at and be the standout piece on your pedalboard.
