Shipping information
We offer free global shipping to more or less any location in the world. Note that some countries have restrictions on imports, or have additional import taxes etc. Galahcore FX take no responsibity for any such restrictions/fees, so please be sure you check this for your location.
Please allow 5 business days for us to process your order. Once processed, orders are shipped by Australia Post standard tracked delivery. Within Australia, most orders should arrive within a week of dispatch. For orders outside Australia, please see the Aus post website for estimated delivery times to your country.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information, which we will provide by email. Galahcore FX cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
Currency
All prices in our store (including shipping costs) are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Returns policy
We accept returns for pedals for any reason, within 45 days of the original purchase date. For change of mind returns, pedals must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the pedal back, we shall process a refund within 5 business days (usually faster!), to the original payment method. Refunds for post and packaging won’t be refunded for change of mind.
To return a pedal, please contact us, with your order number, to arrange.
WARRANTY and Repairs
As long as we are still making pedals, we will be happy to carry out repairs related to the function or operation of our pedals, should something go wrong. Please contact us to discuss.
